Relief for flood victims

Vietnam Red Cross and Philip Morris have provided a relief of 900 packages for flood victims in 10 districts in Binh Dinh, said Binh Dinh Portal.

All packages worth VND330 million (roughly US$19,000) will be delivered to poor households in flood-hit districts in Binh Dinh.
