People's Committee of Hoai Son Commune, Hoai Nhon District held an opening ceremony of Nga Ba Dinh historic monument on February 24.
This is one of 13 historic monuments in Hoai Nhon District recognized as provincial level-historic monument.
Nga Ba Dinh is the place where American soldiers massacred ten Vietnamese Communist soldiers and those who protected revolutionary fighters in Sep. 25, 1961.
The historic monument was built with the contributions of local budget and Hoai Son's association of fellow-countrymen nationwide.
