Vice Chairwoman received NZAID

Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh held a meeting with the delegation of New Zealand’s International Aid and Development Agency (NZAID) on April 16.

At the meeting, two sides talked about demands and opportunities to study English in Binh Dinh. Vice Chairwoman Binh asked NZAID to continue aiding Binh Dinh in the third phase of the English Language Teaching for Officials (ELTO) in the coming time.
