Over VND 14.7 bln mobilized for provincial AOVF

Binh Dinh Red Cross held a ceremony to mark the 145th anniversary of the International Red Cross on May 8.

Provincial Red Cross has participated in many social activities, such as disaster prevention, blood donation, and the calling for charitable organisations to aid poor and disabled people.

The provincial Agent Orange Victim Fund (AOVF) under Binh Dinh Red Cross has operated for 10 years. It has mobilized more than VND14.7 billion to help the poor and disabled people as well as AO victims.

Also, on this occasion, a campaign “each organisation, each individual helps one humanitarian address” was launched.
