Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has promulgated the Decision on allowing provincial Department of Science and Technology to build electronic libraries in localities.
The project aims to contribute to the socio-economic development in rural and mountainous areas in Binh Dinh.
Each electronic library will be equipped with a website, and the database including hundreds of CD-ROMs with contents of different fields.
The project is expected to last by October 2008.
