The 2008 youth volunteer summer campaign was lauched on May 31. Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien and repesentatives of bodies and agencies attended the lauching ceremony.
Many activities have been carried out from May 31 to August 31, including entrance exam aid, enjoy summer with children, come to far and remote areas, traffice safety, and environmental protection.
Also, charitable and gratitude activities as well as the blood donation will be held on the occasion.
After the ceremony, volunteers provided the healthcare and medical check for policy families and poor households in Canh Lien Commune, Van Canh District and Vinh Hoa Commune, Vinh Thanh District. The legal assistance was also carried out in Vinh Hoa.
