At the seminar, Mr Michael Douglas, head of NZAID’s delegation briefed on the operation of Health Entrust Fund Vietnam-New Zealand in Binh Dinh in the 2003-2008 period, bringing to Binh Dinh positive results.

Participants shared experiences for its operation in the coming time, such as the management, the planning, forecast, demands, and solutions for hospitals.

The fund also needs to identify prior fields and programs as well as aims that can be reached.
