Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has dispatched the Document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ask for permission for diplomatic agencies to attend Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival.
To further the cooperation and cultural exchange between Vietnam and other countries and to introduce the cultural features of foreign countries to the Binh Dinh’s people, provincial People’s Committee invited some art troupes and representatives of diplomatic agencies in Vietnam to attend the upcoming festival.
Diplomatic agencies are of Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, the U.K, Germany, China, the U.S, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Laos, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Korea, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, and Poland.
