VND2.5 bln invested in IT application in schools

Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training invested VND2.5 billion in promoting the IT application in schools in the 2008-09 academic year, said Director of provincial Education and Training Department, Tran Van Qui.

Under the plan, senior high schools and centers for continuing education and vocational training will be equipped with computers, printers, projectors, and laptops.

The IT application aims to help teachers and students get familiar with electronic lesson plans.
