ELTO to opens

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee on Jan.15 released the information on the English language training for officials (ELTO) program sponsored by the New Zealand’s International Aid and Development Agency (NZAID), said Binh Dinh Portal.

The course will be held in two phases. The first phase entitled “Sustainable development” is from July to December, 2009. The second themed “State management” will be held from January to May, 2010.

Candidates include university-qualified officials who are under 45 with at least three-year experience. Women and those who work in fields of external affairs will be given priority.

Selected candidates must pass an IELTS exam with the score 4.5-5.5 after being offered English training courses which are expected to start by March 16-31 and August 17-30.
