Try to help people enjoy happy Tet

Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Vu Hoang Ha and his entourage o Jan. 22 paid a pre-Tet visit to Van Canh District, extending his happy New Year greetings to local authorities and people.

He briefed on the province’s achievements in 2008 and talked about the District’s socio-economic situation.

Ha also asked the local authorities to focus on helping local residents enjoy a happy lunar New Year Festival (Tet).

Visiting Dak Dam village in Van Canh District, Ha also extended his greetings to villagers on the occasion of the upcoming Tet.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee Pham Van Thanh on Jan. 22 also visited military units, including Artillery Brigade 572 in Phu My District and Air Force Regiment 940 in Phu Cat District.

He gave his regards to the soldiers’ life and business, extending happy New Year greetings to all. The units’ leaders briefed on the preparation for Tet, promising to finish their tasks during Tet.

On the same day, Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tro visited and presented gifts to Hoai Nhon psychiatric center and Bong Son General Hospital.

The center has well prepared Tet for 412 patients, according to its leadership. The center’s staff are also ready for their task in the New Year.

Tro expressed his concern to the leaders and staff, giving them best wishes in the upcoming Tet.
