Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Nguyen Duy Viet and his entourage on Oct. 27 paid a working visit to the central province of Binh Dinh.

Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Vu Hoang Ha, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Pham Van Thanh, and Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Le Huu Loc received the delegation.

At the meeting, the delegation focused on the results of the implementation of mass mobilisation programs in Binh Dinh this year.

Ha said the political system, particularly at grass roots level, must be strengthened to effectively implement the mass mobilisation work. Also, the Party and State’s institutions and policies require the people’s contribution when being promulgated.

He also emphasized it’s necessary to enhance the people’s intellectual standard, carry out the administrative reform, and ensure the social democracy at grass roots level.

Viet highly appreciated the province’s mass mobilisation work, saying that the delegation will learn about other issues relating to the mass mobilisation in Binh Dinh.
