A photo exhibition celebrating the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People’s Army has opened at Binh Dinh Culture Center from Dec. 20-25.

The Vinh quang duoc la nguoi chien si (Proud to be soldiers) exhibit features 91 photos related to victories during the war against American and French, and to the soldiers’ love of their country.

Also, on the occasion, the painter Nguyen Anh Ho held his own exhibition with 24 photos describing the land and people in Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) region and post-war issues.

A meeting took place in Phu My district yesterday with the participation of 570 war veterans. In Van Canh district, another talk was held on December 20 on the occasion of the 65th founding anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army.
