The Vietnam Red Cross Society (VNRC) delegation led by Chairman Tran Ngoc Tang paid a working visit to Binh Dinh on Feb. 10.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee Pham Van Thanh and Vice Chairwoman of provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh received the delegation.

Tang highly valued the provincial leaders’ concern for Red Cross activities and Binh Dinh Red Cross’s achievements, particularly the aid for flood victims last year.

He also expressed his hope that the province’s leaders will increase the number of personnel in local Red Cross Societies.

Provincial leaders thanked VNRC for their concern for Binh Dinh Red Cross. Binh Dinh would create all favorable conditions for Red Cross Societies, Thanh said.

The delegation also visited the province’s Social Sponsoring Center on the same day.
