Nearly VND4.5 bn for special groups, poor households

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Welfare has allocated about VND4.5 billion to Binh Dinh to provide the vocational training for special groups and poor households.

Accordingly, the national target program for poverty production will aid 536 people in poor households in vocational training. The capacity building for vocational training project will assist the rural workforce, disabled people, women of working age and the others in vocational training.
