Construction of Quy Nhon SOS Children Village approved

The province’s Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh and representatives of relevant bodies held a meeting with the delegation of International SOS Children’s Village on the construction of Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village.

The province’s functional bodies presented the plan of Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village construction.

Accordingly, the village will be built on an area of 4.6 ha in Nhon Binh ward. About 17 items of the village are expected to finish in the first phase (2009-2010) on an area of 2.8 ha with the capital of VND54 billion.

Deputy Secretary-General of International SOS Children’s Village, Siddartha Kaul, and Vice Chairman of Vorwerk Group, Michael Warber, gave their approval to the plan, hoping the project will be carried out as soon as possible.
