Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee on Apr. 15 promulgated the document steering provincial bodies and agencies to respond to the national week on clean water and environmental sanitation taking place from April 29 to May 6.
Leaders of the province’s bodies and agencies were assigned to implement a wide range of activities, aiming to raise the community’s awareness on clean water, environmental sanitation, and environment protection.
Volunteers will be required to join the events, cleaning public places. People will be provided with the information on the waste treatment and measures to prevent the environmental pollution caused by dead poultries.
The construction of clean water and environmental sanitation works is required to be promoted, particularly in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, the city, and industrial clusters.
The activities responding to the national week on clean water and environmental sanitation is expected to last until the World Environment Day (June 5).
