School for disabled students set up

Quy Nhon Hy vong (Hope) School was established, aiming to offer academic and vocational training courses for disabled students in Binh Dinh.

Tran Gia Tin, an official of Quy Nhon Education and Training Office, was assigned as the headmaster.

The school planned to start the first 2009-2010 academic year in the coming time.
