The total capital for scheme is more than VND105.6 billion, including VND28 billion from the Central budget, VND2.5 billion from the province’s budget, VND30.4 billion as preferential credit loan, and VND44.7 billion from the community.

Under the scheme, revolutionary’s beneficiaries, ethnic minority families, and households in three districts of Van Canh, Vinh Thanh, and An Lao will receive the support this year.

Also, poor households in disaster-hit and underprivileged areas will be aided in 2010. Other poor households are expected to get help in 2011-12.
