140 children receive free eye surgery

Binh Dinh Eye Hospital has coordinated with National Eye Hospital to offer free eye test and surgery to 140 children in the province from July 12-18.

Fred Hollows Foundation donated VND142 million to the free eye surgery.

Ethnic minority children and those who live in far and remote areas were aided in travelling.

The province’s doctors are expected to be provided with techniques in the treatment of eye-related diseases.
