Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Vu Hoang Ha, Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien, and representatives of relevant bodies on September 9 received the high-ranking delegation of Champassak province of Laos headed by Somsanith Bouttivong, Vice-Governor of Champassak province.
At the meeting, two sides talked about cooperation programs between two provinces since 2006.
Binh Dinh has supported Champassak province in fields of agriculture and education; however, the implementation of cooperation programs on industry, tourism, and trade is still facing difficulties.
Mr. Somsanith Bouttivong expressed thanks to Binh Dinh’s support, hoping that two provinces will continue to boost the relationship.
Provincial Secretary Vu Hoang Ha hailed the visit of high-ranking delegation of Champassak province.
He also said two provinces needed to commit for a long-term cooperation in fields of economy, security, and politics.
