18.3 bln VND asked for A/H1N1 flu prevention

Binh Dinh has asked Ministries of Finance and Health for an aid of 18.3 billion VND to buy facilities for the treatment of A/H1N1 flu and pay for medical workers who have joined the campaign against the A/H1N1 flu.

The province’s Department of Health had been advanced 2 billion VND on the 2009’s local budget to buy medical facilities and support medical workers.

Binh Dinh saw about 80 A/H1N1 flu-infected cases, mainly in Quy Nhon city and districts of An Nhon and Phu Cat.
