Provincial Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh attended the ceremony.

The participants reviewed the 64-year history of Vietnam’s Red Cross and its affiliate in Binh Dinh. The province’s Red Cross has helped scores of poor people, disabled people, flood victims, and social beneficiaries in the past years.

Also, the association has mobilized different sources to assist disadvantaged people in overcoming difficulties. More than VND10 billion has been, for example, raised to help over 10000 households in Binh Dinh this year.

Provincial Vice Chairwoman Binh highlighted the association’s achievements and expressed many thanks to those who have done the charity work.
