The 18th session of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Council (10th tenure) has opened in Quy Nhon city today. The event is scheduled to last on December 10.
After Chairman of provincial People’s Council Vu Hoang Ha delivered the opening speech, 20 reports and proposal were presented, evaluating the province’s socio-economic situation in 2010 and 2011’s key tasks.
The participants will put questions to the leaders of relevant bodies and elect new Chairman of provincial People’s Committee on December 9.
The last day will see the announcement of the election result, the approval of drafts of resolutions.
