The delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien paid a working visit to the central province of Binh Dinh on March 11.

Vice Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province, Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh, received the delegation.

The province’s health sector has coordinated with medical universities nationwide to open many undergraduate and graduate courses in Binh Dinh, according to the report. The infrastructure and medical equipment were also improved, using the Government bond and other sources.

Deputy Minister Tien highly appreciated the province’s achievements in strengthening the human resources and the progress of projects using the Government bond.

She also noticed that Binh Dinh should pay more attention to the manpower training and the socialization in the field of health care in hospitals.

Binh asked the Ministry of Health to aid the province in developing the manpower for the health sector, petitioning the Government to lengthen the deadline for the projects using the Government bond and other sources.
