The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has approved the plan to use 45.9 trillion VND to build houses for poor households across the province.

Also, a sum of 18.1 trillion VND mobilized from the province’s Fund for the poor, Quy Nhon city, and districts was added to the plan.

Alongside this, each ethnic minority household will receive the financial assistance of 10 million VND and other poor households will be offered 8 million VND.

Businesses were also asked to donate to the province’s Fund for the poor, aimed at supporting districts, particularly Phu Cat, Hoai Nhon, Tay Son, Hoai An, and Phu My.

About 2,119 houses were newly built for poor people in three mountainous districts of An Lao, Vinh Thanh, and Van Canh last year.
