Binh Dinh honours medical profession

Binh Dinh Health Department held a meeting on June 15, honoring outstanding individuals and bodies contributing to the emulation movement of the health sector in the 2005-2009 period.

The province’s health sector has excellently fulfilled the emulation movements in the past five years, promoting the health care and protection for people.

As a result, certificates of merit were bestowed on many bodies and individuals by the State President, the Prime Minister, the Health Ministry and Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, including third-class Labour Medals for one body and two individuals from the State President, Certificates of merit for two bodies and 12 individuals from the PM, and 28 individuals honored with the “Meritorious Doctor” title, and hundreds of certificate of merit from Health Ministry and Binh Dinh Province People's Committee.

At the meeting, the patriotic emulation movement was launched for the 2010-2015 period, calling on the whole medical staff to uphold the patriotic tradition to effectively implement the emulation movement in the health sector.
