Deputy head of the province’s NA delegation, Nguyen Thanh Thuy, met with voters in Nhon Hai commune, Quy Nhon City on June 23.
Leaders of provincial and municipal Fatherland Front Committees as well as the municipal People’s Committee and Nhon Hai’s authorities also attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Thuy informed the voters about the results of the 7th session of the 12th NA legislature, taking place from May 20 to June 19 in Ha Noi.
The voter’s petitions focused on policies and support for families whose houses were collapsed in the 9th and 11th storms last year. Thuy and leaders answered and recorded the voters’ petitions.
On the same day, other NA deputies also met with voters in other localities. The NA deputies Vo Thi Thuy, Nguyen Dang Vang, Nguyen Viet Lenh, and Tran Van Ban met voters in Tam Quan town and communes of Tay Phu, An Nghia and Vinh Thinh, respectively.
Tam Quan’s voters voiced their concern over high power price and low power consumption limit, policies for people who joined the guerrilla force, low allowance for officials at grass roots level, the upgrade of the infrastructure in the health sector as well as improving the medical workers’ behavior towards patients having health insurance.
On June 25, Nguyen Thanh Thuy will meet with voters in Phu My district’s My Duc commune, which is the last of 12 venues for voter contact after the 7th session of the 12th NA legislature.
