The administrative centre which will comprise offices of the municipal People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front and other mass organizations will be located at No. 30 Nguyen Hue Street  on the total area of about 5,455 s.q meters.

Among three companies registered as candidates for the master plan drawing and the architectural project proposal, Da Nang construction consultant designing joint-stock company was finally selected in July.

According to the approved project, the administrative centre is an 11-storey building with a basement, satisfying the required basic criteria.

The company is drawing up a preliminary plan and design on the construction of the administrative centre, said Vice Director of the Quy Nhon City Investment and Construction Project Management Board Le Huu Tien.

It is expected to make a report about the plan and the design late this month. The project owner would approve the design preliminary studies before the company carries out a geological survey.

“If there is no obstacle, the preparation for the administrative centre will finish late this year,” said Tien.
