These are 30 of 250 Vu A Dinh scholarships awarded to poor students who live in flood-hit areas in Binh Dinh.
Speaking at the scholarship-giving ceremony, Hoa extended her sympathy to the teachers and students who suffered damages caused by floods, encouraging them to overcome the flood aftermath.
Under the “Supporting flood-hit students in central region” program, the fund has donated VND300 million to poor students in flood-hit areas in provinces of Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, and Quang Nam from January 6-8.
