Co-ordination regulation signed between Ministry of Finance and Binh Dinh’s People Committee

On November 27, at office of Binh Dinh’s People Committee, Ministry of Finance and the provincial People Committee signed a co-ordination regulation of working with aim to enhance the co-operation between the ministry and the committee in 2001-2015 (see photo). On the side of Binh Dinh, participants of the signing ceremony included Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Standing Deputy-Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Le Huu Loc, Deputy-Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Dinh’s People Committee; and representatives of relevant agencies. On the side of the ministry, the working team was led by Professor, PhD Vuong Dinh Hue, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Finance.

The regulation concerned financial and budget management in Binh Dinh; promulgation, modification and addition of draft bills and legal documents on financial and budgetary policies; co-operation in personnel affairs, in application of IT to the financial and budgetary management.

The representatives of Binh Dinh and the working team of the Ministry of Finance also discussed on other issues related to the province’s budgetary.
