Former President Tran Duc Luong visited An Nhon district

Leader of An Nhon district accompanied former President Tran Duc Luong visited Hoang De Citadel.

Former President Tran Duc Luong visited An Nhon sub-urban district on March 30.

Nhon authorities reported to the former president on the local socio-economic development in 2010. An Nhon’s gross productive revenue was the outstanding achievements which reached over 1,015 billion VND, an increase 11.63% in comparison to 2009. The district had finished its master plan of development and Ministry of Construction approved a plan to expand and upgrade Binh Dinh town, its capital, to a Grade-IV city.

The former president highly praised the achievements gained by An Nhon district and reminded its authorities to pay much concern to infrastructure planning and construction, land clearance, harmony between modern city and new rural development programs, tourist potentiality exploitation.

Former President Tran Duc Luong also visited Hoa Sen Garment Joint Stock Co. at Binh Dinh town Industrial Zone and Hoang De Citadel at An Nhon district.

He later visited Binh Dinh General Museum and a geology department at Quy Nhon City.
