The participants recalled the tradition of the HYPB over the past seven decades. Since its establishment with only five members in Na Ma village, Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province on May 15, 1941, the HYPB has grown up strongly under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh.

Speaking at the ceremony, provincial Vice Chairman Mai Thanh Thang highly appreciated the city teenagers’ great contributions to the national construction with outstanding movements.

These movements later spread across the province, motivating children to take part in meaningful activities.

On the occasion, 70 outstanding people with excellent achievements in HYPB affairs and teenagers’ movements were presented with certificates of merit.
