San is always modest about his achievements. “Like other students, I’ve tried my best to study and my learning method is the same as the others’ ways,” he said. “In addition, my parents also play an important role in encouraging me to study well.”
San is very good at Math. He said he often previewed lessons before class and carefully listened to the teachers’ lectures. After class, he again reviewed the lesson and did different types of exercises.
He also studied other subjects well as he had a good timetable and knew how to relax when being tired. After being qualified for three schools, San decided to enroll in HCMC National University’s high school for gifted students.
“Many students studying at Le Hong Phong high school and HCMC National University’s high school for gifted students won many prizes from national and international contest; thus, I dreamt of studying here when I was a child,” he said.
According to Cao Minh Chau, one of San’s teachers, San is an intelligent student who is good at most of the subjects at school and he also actively joins any activities launched by his school.
San registered to a physics specialized class even though he had specialized in Maths because his dream is to become an engineer or plane maker.
