The second session of the People’s Council of Binh Dinh Province has convened this morning (Aug.16), focusing on many important socio-economic issues.
On the first day of the meeting, the participants will discuss the following reports, including the report on evaluating the province’s socio-economic situation in the first six months and tasks for the next months, the report on the budget revenue, the report on investment and development planning, and reports on other issues.
On the same day, the session will focus on the percentage rate of land leasing fee, regulations on the exemption and reduction of land leasing and using fees for socialization purposes, the program of concreting roads in rural areas, the implementation of the national target program on new rural development, and converting semi-State kindergartens.
Also, other important issues will be given special concern, such as the establishment of An Nhon town which is directly under the province, the adjustment of administrative border line of Hoai Nhon district to set up Bong Son town which is also directly under the province, and street naming in some residential areas in Quy Nhon city and An Nhon district.
The session will continue to work for the next two days before closing in the afternoon of August 18.
