A total of 5.383 billion VND was granted to 230 poor households in Vinh Thanh district, helping them build houses, among which the central budget finances 1.771 billion VND, the local budget contributes 161 million VND, and another 3.45 billion VND was raised from individuals and organizations.
In addition, the poor households were also approved to take out loans with preferential interest rate to build houses
The district’s authorities also planned to support 571 poor households to build houses from 2013-2015.
