Nobody naturally has experience, love, and sharing. To learn how to love and share, many young people organized simple but practical activities by themselves.

Diabled children living at Dong Tam Social Center are joining a game held by a charity |
In early morning on last Sunday, a group of young people, who are members of tuoitrequynhon.com’s forum, visited disabled children living at Dong Tam social centre.
They themselves organized different activities, helping children enjoy the happiness. The kids also had a chance to join physical and team games. The centre has seldom seen such a bustling atmosphere before.
“This is the first time children have participated in various performances and games, which help them integrate into the community,” said the centre’s director Nguyen Dinh Nham.
Another group, comprising workers, students and engineers in the province, has carried out many voluntary activities. They visited and presented gifts to children at Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village, homeless elderly people at the province’s social center, and poor students at a class for gratitude in early June.
Ho Chi Minh City also sees a charity named Manly Club attracting many artists and students in Binh Dinh. Its members recently came to Binh Dinh to present gifts to 110 poor households in Tuy Phuoc district’s Phuoc Hoa commune.
Depending on their own conditions, each group designed different activities for the community. Despite any practices, their overall target is to share difficulties with unfortunates. Sharing with the community and opening your heart will help you know how to love.
The expenses for the charities are mobilized from different sources. The Manly Club, for example, often calls for the donation from artists living abroad and in Vietnam. Their activities are always carried out transparently in order to help benefactors know where their money goes.
Ho Vu Hoang, a member of a charity, said: “I was previously shy, but after being encouraged to join an activity held by the charity, I felt more confident.”
“One of lessons we learn when joining charitable event is that we will receive happiness if we know how to share our love,” said another volunteer.
