9.6 pct of English teachers meet CEFR

56 of 582 English teachers in Binh Dinh joining the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) test in late October met the standard, according to Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training.

The teachers who failed the test have attended a course since December 21 to improve from levels B2 to C1 and B1 to B2.

Binh Dinh now has 1,196 English teachers at all schools. The department planned to test the rest in 2013.
