The house at 173 Le Hong Phong, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh has been recognized as a private museum that puts on display Go Sanh ancient pottery. The owner of this museum is Nguyen Vinh Hao. This is the first Go Sanh pottery museum not only in Quy Nhon but also the whole country, with 2,300 valuable exhibits. Nearly 300 most valuable objects are on display in cases, which were made in the shape of Duong Long, Doi, and Canh Tien towers. These display cases were introduced at some exhibitions in Quy Nhon (in 2001), the 2002 Hue Festival, and the Ho Chi Minh City Museum (2003).
Go Sanh pottery was first found in 1974 from the old pottery-kilns that were built by Cham people in the 12th century in a village of today’s Nhon Hoa commune, An Nhon District, Binh Dinh province. In the pottery collection of Nguyen Vinh Hao, there is a set of pottery molding instruments, which was found in the mentioned-above area. With this evidence, it is possible to say for sure that Go Sanh pottery was made by Cham people in Vietnam but did not come from any other foreign country.
